"Will I receive a FOTM with my order?"
To receive a FOTM you must spend $50.00 before tax on a Sanrio purchase while supplies last. You may contact us to check availability beforehand.
"How long will it take to get my order?"
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and shipped on the next available business day via USPS.
"When will I be able to see my tracking information?"
An email with your tracking number is sent to you after your order has been packed. Delivery updates make take up to 48 hours after your tracking information has been sent.
"My order shipped but I never received my package"
Once packages have been picked up by the USPS it is in their responsibility. If you received a delivery confirmation and your package is missing, please reach out to the USPS. Once a package shows delivered on our end, we are not responsible for stolen/lost/damaged packages or items. Please reach out to the USPS to locate your package or file a missing package claim.
"Can I make changes to or cancel my order?"
We try to process our orders as fast as possible, if there is a problem please try to contact us as soon as you can. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes or cancel it. Before check out please make sure all your information is correct including your address, email, and phone number.
"Will I receive a bonus card or stamps with my order?"
Bonus cards and stamps are only given to in-store purchases. Curbside/pickup purchases are considered "in-store" purchases and may receive bonus cards or stamps.
"Can I use full bonus cards on my purchase?"
Bonus cards may only be redeemed in-store.
