Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and shipped on the next available business day via USPS. Not all items in orders are guaranteed do to inventory being shared with our in-store purchases. If the item you purchased is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason including suspicious account activity, improperly inputted address, or suspicious form of payment. Once packages are shown delivered, we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages/items.

Customers who choose USPS Ground Advantage shipping will have their packages shipped in a poly bag. For box shipping please choose USPS Priority Mail.

Pick-up policy

All paid pick-up orders must be picked up in store, within 14 days unless otherwise noted. Orders not picked up after 14 days will be cancelled and will be charged a 15% restocking fee from their purchase.
