RETURNS

*WE ONLY ACCEPT MERCHANDISE PURCHASED/SOLD AT THIS SANRIO LOCATION*

All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or is defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn/unused, tags attached and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase/receipt. Please contact us at sanrioarcadia@gmail.com to start a return request and title the subject "Return Request". In the email, please include your name along with the order number.

Once your return request is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid in the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it will take 3-5 business days for your bank/credit card to process the refund. Any shipping charges paid for the return will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, so that we can evaluate the situation.
