This plush was sold out everywhere and this was the only place to have her left! I was a little scared at first because I had never heard of this shop and I live across the country (buying online always has me a little skeptical), but I’m so glad I trusted them! Plush came in perfect condition & package had thank you written on the back which shows the employees truly care. I also got a cute keychain in a really cute Sanrio paper bag. Item was shipped fast and overall the experience of shopping with secret surprise made me feel super appreciated as a customer. Definitely will be buying from this shop again in the future! Best early bday gift to myself 🩷
